Pick up hours are Monday-Friday 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Corn flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, salt, garlic, tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeños, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, and zucchini.
Microwave: Wrap tamales inside a moistened paper towel. Cook for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Steaming: Steam about 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with salsa of your choice. Frozen Tamales can be kept in the freezer for about 4 months.
