Ingredients
Corn flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, lard, tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeños, chicken, and corn husk.
Preparation
Microwave: Wrap tamales inside a moistened paper towel. Cook for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Steaming: Steam about 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with salsa of your choice. Frozen Tamales can be kept in the freezer for about 4 months.
